Does buying an event ticket (10k or 3k) allow access all weekend?

Yes! Having an event ticket for either of our main events allows access all weekend for players to do other things such as our side events, artist alley, and vendor access!

Are there spectator/free badges?

Unfortunately due to space constraints, only those who have purchased a badge (or minors with accompanying badge holder) may attend our event. The attendee badge is our cheapest offering and will allow access for all of the stuff inside that isn't our main event offerings!

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are allowed up to 72 hours before the event. That means, please request a refund by May 19th, 11:59 PM PST.

How do I review my tickets/request a refund?

Sign in to our website and then click the My Tickets link on the top!

Can I apply to Judge/Staff/Volunteer?
